- Lateral Kindness Inc. primarily delivers services in the form of live workshops, online training, and educational programming. However, from time to time, we may offer physical products such as course materials, books, or merchandise.
- Shipping Details:
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
- We ship within Canada via Canada Post or other reputable carriers. Tracking information will be provided when available.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order weight.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
- Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)
- We want you to be happy with your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
